BREWING UP - WEEK ONE.

Over the weekend I left a piece of A3 paper by the kettle and told everyone in the house to brew up over the piece of paper to catch 'natural' coffee, tea and drink rings.

It took until late on the Saturday for some good visiable stains to appear. Although at this stage the biggest marks you can see are from the spoon and where it has been left after stirring.

I forgot to document Sundays brewing sessions although I am pleasantly suprised to find a lot of different marks due to family being over and expresso mugs being used which created a range of marks that I am happy with and as this project goes on I am going to keep a sheet of coffee marks a week to keep it well documented
